This isn’t another thing to add to your plate. It’s support for the version of you carrying it. There’s no pressure to keep up or perform here. Most women spend about 60–90 minutes per week listening to the podcast feed, attending a call, or exploring the somatic practices—but it’s intentionally designed to meet you where you are.
Is SIX months really enough to regulate a nervous system?
You’re not wrong—six months won’t undo decades of pressure. But it will give your system the foundation it’s been craving. This is where regulation begins: building new rhythms, creating safety in your body, and feeling the difference in your real life. Plus, you’ll get lifetime access to the private podcast.
Will I have access to Ash directly?
You’ll have access to me during our monthly group calls, where I offer intimate support, personalized coaching, and therapeutic mentorship in real time. While 1:1 support isn’t included in the core experience, you’re always welcome to inquire about adding private sessions if you’re craving deeper guidance.
Can I join if I’m not a business owner?
Yes. While many women in this space do run businesses, that’s not a requirement. If you’re someone who carries a lot for your family, your work, your people and you’re craving more space, more self-trust, and more regulation in your daily life, you’re in the right place.
