Why “Energy Leaks” Happen

Most high achievers don’t burn out from tasks alone. We drain through:
Open loops – that conversation replaying in your mind

Unspoken boundaries – holding everyone else while abandoning yourself
Attention fractures – micro-checks, tab-hopping, mental multi-tasking

The meditation helps you notice each leak with compassion, call your energy back, and seal it in so your capacity comes home to you.

When to Use This Meditation

How to Get the Most From It

Environment: Sit or lie down; soften lights; silence notifications.
Body cue: Rest a hand on your belly or heart to co-regulate touch and breath.
Return often: Repeat daily for a week and notice what shifts—attention, mood, end-of-day energy.
Pair it: After taxing interactions, pair this with a five-minute walk or warm shower to complete the stress cycle.
